I am a big fan of usability on the web – websites should be accessible to ALL users. Last week a discrimination lawsuit was filed against Target® over the company’s website usability flaws. The suit claims that their website is not accessible to blind users, violating the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Read the full story.
