OPERA is a property management platform used by hotels worldwide to centralize reservations, guest services, and daily operations. It supports properties of any size with flexible tools for managing bookings, automating rate and inventory controls, and handling complex scenarios like group and multi-property reservations. By streamlining workflows and providing intuitive interfaces for staff, OPERA helps hotels improve efficiency, increase revenue, and deliver personalized guest experiences.
My Role
In this role, I led UX design for Oracle’s hospitality platform, focusing on transforming complex reservation and guest service workflows into faster, more intuitive experiences. I optimized and scaled the OPERA design system, enabling teams to reuse components, accelerate delivery, and maintain consistency across a large global user base. I drove user research across regions and translated insights into prototypes and product roadmaps that improved usability and streamlined operations. By pairing high-fidelity design with scalable systems, I helped increase efficiency, reduce complexity, and support more reliable service delivery for hotels of all sizes.
